The Emerging Leader Journey is a blended leadership development programme that develops well‑rounded leaders with the aptitude and attitude to lead in a rapidly changing world.
This journey is designed for high‑potential talent, young leaders preparing for leadership roles, and technical or functional experts who need to grow their leadership and influence but are not yet managers.
A full journey consists of 4 paths, each taking approximately 4–5 months. Participants typically complete two paths in about 12 months due to content volume and expected real‑world application.
On average, participants spend around 45 minutes per week on the digital learning and application exercises, with facilitated sessions of 1.5 hours every four weeks.
Yes, the Emerging Leader Journey is structured so that dispersed groups (8–10 participants) can participate virtually, making it ideal for teams in multiple locations.
