People generally arrive at this session with one of two things in mind: nominating themselves or someone on their team into our CwX cross-company journey, a shared cohort alongside other finance leaders from the conference, or exploring what it would look like to host a journey inside their own organisation, built around their own context and people. Either is a good reason to be in the room, we’ll cover both.

• An overview of the learning journeys, including Manager to Leader and Emerging Leader
• How the CwX cross-company journey works, and how to nominate yourself or a colleague
• What hosting a journey inside your own organisation looks like, and what it costs
• Real results: engagement, retention and performance data from past cohorts
