A woman with a voice is by definition a strong woman. But the search to find that voice can be remarkably difficult.

COURAGE
What holds us back from taking steps of courage is fear. Fear mostly of what others think of us and fear of failure.
Learning how to manage both the external voice of others and the internal voice is critical to embracing a life of courage
CONFIDENCE
Confidence is the characteristic that distinguishes those who imaging from those who don’t. It is the stuff that turns thoughts into action. Life’s enabler.
However we seldom feel confidence in all aspects of our lives and that lack of confidence can disable our professional & personal progress.
RESILIENCE
We need resilience to surf the unprecedented wave of change that is challenging the stability, predictability and certainty that most of us crave and find comfort in.
By proactively investing in resilience skills, we diminish the fear of change and grow in our confidence to thrive amidst the change.
PRESENCE
Constant distractions steal the joy of present moments. This “constant partial attention” tricks us into thinking we’re multitasking effectively, when we’re actually accomplishing very little.
Learning to be more present will enrich your relationships and boost your productivity.
Build a strong pipeline of
women leaders for your organisation
What do IgniteHer participants say?
The IgniteHER Leadership Journey is a six‑month women’s leadership development programme designed to help competent women expand their influence, enhance confidence, build resilience, and grow their presence as leaders in organisations.
This journey is ideal for capable women in business who want to increase their role, responsibility, personal confidence, and influence, including aspiring female leaders and high‑potential women talent.
Organisations benefit by strengthening female leadership capacity, improving decision‑making, boosting employee engagement and belonging, and attracting and retaining top female talent.
The curriculum includes a six‑month journey with cohort learning, a four‑week introductory assessment and coaching phase, four keynotes open to all participants, deeper content modules, and a final celebration event.
The full IgniteHER journey spans six months, with participants typically spending around 45 minutes per week on content and attending 1.5‑hour facilitated sessions every four weeks.
